Ronald McDonald Sinclair (a Scottish association rather than
anything to do with the fast food folks) was Mervyn Day's deputy at
Leeds through the late 1980's. He was a fairly capable (if short -
5'10") keeper who moved around a variety of lower division clubs
without ever really settling in a 16-year professional career.
Neale Sheldon says: Now goalkeeper coach at Stoke City. Ronnie
still remembers his time at Leeds with great fondness.
Neil Spofforth says: I used to live next-door-but-one to Ronnie.
He gave a Leeds United Matchball to a local dog called Shep which
then ended up in my possession. He also got me a signed bal by the
Leeds squad in Sgt Wilko's 1st season. He recently played for
Non-League Witton Albion.
